Each body record exposes its stable ID, type, jurisdiction, planes and claim references. Inclusion records a role in this dated atlas; it does not imply endorsement, supremacy or generic control over another institution.
Every edge is explicitly typed and source-linked. These edges are not a single hierarchy or chain of command, and they do not imply a general control relationship beyond the stated relation type.
Each step names its institution IDs and names, its caveat, and the source-linked claim IDs used to describe it. Every flow stops before a personal fact, current rate, discretionary judgment, eligibility decision or transaction would be required.
